Egyptian Yoga is a practice based on the culture of ancient Egypt (traditionally known as Kemet). This system cultivates the highest aspect of consciousness through making brilliant uncommon connections such as using yoga to bridge our physical and spiritual realities. Through this practice, one is able to come and truly “Know Thyself”. Further, sustained practice inspires greater unity and love by elevating mind, body, and soul, as well as the community. Benefits obtained by regular practice from Egyptian Yoga include restored collective memory, redefined spirituality, healthy community, increased self-love, awareness of body and mind connection, increases strength and stamina, enhanced balance and grace, cleansing and conditioning of internal systems, elevation of physical pain as well as reduced stress, anxiety and depression.
