We encourage pre-registration for classes online. Classes have a maximum capacity of 30 students. Registration opens 14 days before each class, and closes 15 minutes before the start of class.

Effective January 1, masks are optional at Studio 34. However, some classes continue to require a mask while the class is in session. Classes that require masks are indicated with an ‘M’ on the schedule below.

  • Arrive 10 minutes before class begins. Doors will be locked at the start time of your class.

  • Please bring your own water bottle.
  • Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets will be provided free of charge.
  • Students are also welcome to bring their own yoga mat and/or props.
  • Wear comfortable loose-fitting or stretchy clothing.
