In this 6 month 200hr yoga teacher training, participants will develop and expand their personal yoga, meditation, and pranayama practice. We will ignite and nourish self-inquiry and support the creation of new mental, muscular, and spiritual patterns. The training cultivates community, care, and consistency to sustain trainees in making radical (to the root) changes in their lives. Trainees start developing their teaching voices from day one; learning, practicing, and refining effective teaching techniques. We, students and faculty alike, work together to create a sweet and potent space for healing and getting free.

This is a Yoga Alliance Certified training and is led by jean-jacques gabriel, E-RYT 500, and supported by an amazing roster of teachers. It starts early July 2025 and ends mid December 2025, with most weekends being spaced a week apart, except the first and last two weekends. It begins with a 3 day weekend (Friday - Sunday) and is followed by 11 weekends (Saturdays & Sundays). All days run from 9:00am - 12:30pm and 2:00pm - 6:00pm.

We are now accepting applications for enrollment and scholarships. Scholarship applications close May 1st, and will be awarded May 19th. Enrollment applications will be accepted until we reach capacity. Please keep in mind the training usually reaches capacity well before the training starts.
