Lailah was first exposed to yoga as a way to build strength while training as a dancer. Since then she has used movement as a way to ground herself in mind and spirit. Yoga has taught Lailah how to be present in life’s challenging moments and move through them with grace for oneself. We can only control that which is within our sphere of influence, the body, our thoughts and how we treat others. Yoga can ground us in this truth. Lailah entered Yoga Teacher Training at Studio 34 with hopes of deepening her personal practice and left with the assurance that this gift was meant to be passed on. She hopes to hold space for community building and facilitate a warm and freeing practice.
