Justin discovered yoga and tai chi at a point where his physical body was considered to be “without muscle mass” and reveled in the transformation and freedom of pushing his mind and body back to wellness and even further beyond. After years of occasional practice and hiatus he began taking classes at Studio 34 constantly and rediscovered the mind body and soul connection of a consistent practice. Studio 34 became a second home for Justin as he learned to slow down and listen to his body more. With encouragement of some of his favorite teachers he took the Yoga Teacher Training at Studio 34 to deepen his practice and understanding. Justin looks forward to sharing the love, grace, and transformation that he found in yoga with others.
