September welcomes a direct moving Venus on September 3rd followed by a healing New Moon in Virgo on the 13th. September gives us clues about what each of us can expect to unfold in the upcoming eclipse season in October.

In these workshops, we cover relevant astrology of the time and how these astrological transits could appear and feel. The practice is gentle and open to beginners or seasoned yogis. This workshop is open to the astrological curious or those who check their charts regularly. You’ll leave with tangible yogic and mindfulness practices for the cosmic energies at play.

Yin Yoga is a practice of longer-held asana (yoga postures); this draws our attention inward. The practice nourishes our connective tissue as we gain a healthy introspection which generates self-awareness of body and mind.

Astrology is a practice as well. Continually studying our relationship with planetary movements generates a healthy “extrospection.” We gain a different kind of self-awareness that widens our perspective. We begin to connect beyond our inner landscape.

The practices of yin yoga and astrology complement each other. We draw inward while keeping our connection to the cosmos alive. Through these combined practices, we gain inner and outer vantage points.

We begin to build compassion for ourselves and all living beings.

* Do you have specific questions about collective astrology or astrology in general? While we don’t cover individual charts during these workshops, registrants are welcome to email Megan with questions.

Participants will also be given 12% off an astrology reading with Megan.
