Join us for a relaxing evening of Yin Yoga and Reiki. Yin yoga stretches the connective tissues and helps increase flexibility. It also encourages the body to release what’s been trapped, whether it’s physical tension, emotional stress or a restless mind. Yin affects the meridians, or energy pathways in the body, through elements of tension and compression, which helps move stagnant energy. Throughout the practice students will receive Reiki, which similarly helps balance energy in the meridians, allowing for deeper relaxation, and encourages the body’s own ability to heal itself. Leave feeling relaxed and restored!
