Sensual Flow is to get you out of your head and to return to your body. It is a fusion class that mixes Jazz, Afro-Caribbean, and Burlesque dance. Sensual flow is a gender inclusive offering taught by a non-binary femme instructor.
Attendees will leave invigorated with tools for self-care, self-reflection, and a deeper connection to their own rhythm. Find fluidity and pass insecurity.
