As a form of bodywork in Ayurveda, Marma Therapy works to affect nervous tissue and memories, emotions, traumas, and patterns. Marmani or vital energy points are located where veins, arteries, tendons, bones, or joints intersect. These points are said to be the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. Tenderness reveal where energy is not flowing. Neha will guide you through restorative poses while applying gentle touch and pressure on marma points to encourage deeper breathing as well as release and relaxation. Join for 2 hours of Restorative Yoga & Marma Therapy. Neha teaches yoga at Studio 34 and offers Marma Therapy and Ayurvedic Wellness Sessions.
