Mason Rosenthal is a performance maker based in Philadelphia. His Fringe Festival projects this year were (in image from left to right):”The Fluxus Brothers Present: Good Art Bad Art” (Co-Creator and Performer), “Sohrab is Bumbling Foreigner” (Co-Writer and Co-Director), “Nosejob” (Creative Producer and Dramaturg). In MAKE SHOW, you’ll tap into techniques used in the making of these shows and more.
Mason is a founding member of Lightning Rod Special: “The Appointment” (NYT’s “Best Theater of 2019”), and “Underground Railroad Game” (2016 Obie for “Best New American Theatre Work”). Mason is also a founding member of The Medium Theatre Company and one half of the performance art duo Ben and Ben’s Brother. He has devised over 50 professional performance pieces and has over 15 years of teaching experience including time on faculty at New York University, University of Texas at Austin, Virginia Tech, University of the Arts, and Temple University.
