Do you want to pike up into inversions but don’t know where to start? In this class we’ll work on activating the deep abdominal muscles, hip flexor strength, shoulder stability, wrist flexion (and more!) needed for pikes, before we come into a variety of inversions with the support of a wall and a friend.
