In this 
6-week program, we’ll cover the basic principles of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Conscious Living that promote physical, mental, and spiritual health. The registration fee includes teaching and discussion, Gentle Vinyasa classes, and online support.

Weeks 1 + 2: Ayurveda. Learn a daily routine that promotes well-being. Learn how to align your activities with nature’s rhythms.

Weeks 3 + 4: Yoga. Learn a yoga routine for good sleep. Learn calming breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to support meditation.

Weeks 5 + 6: Conscious Living. Learn practices to connect to your body’s wisdom. Explore techniques that promote emotional intelligence.
