    You can bring your own mat, or borrow one of ours at no extra charge. You can also borrow other props for your class. All mats and props are located next to Studio B.

    We encourage you to:

    • Arrive 15 minutes early – this will give you enough time to fill out a waiver (for new students only), get your questions answered, and set-up for class
    • Wear comfortable loose-fitting or stretchy clothing
    • Bring a water bottle – we have a water-filtration system for you to refill your bottle
    • Refrain from scented oils, lotions, and soaps. Others may have sensitivities to various natural and artificial fragrances.
