online workshop with Monica Fauble

A virtual class is for anyone who would like to learn the basic structure and form of common yoga poses- building each pose from the ground up. Offering you a greater understanding of common yoga poses, you will build confidence and begin to incorporate yoga magic into your everyday life! We will also explore breathing practices to help you steady your mind.
This class is designed for beginners or for those who have been to a few classes but maybe still feel uncertain or unsure about their yoga practice. As a bonus, anyone who participates in this class will be invited to schedule a ten minute one-on-one follow-up on Zoom with the instructor. The follow-up is a perfect time for you to ask any questions you might have or get some more personal support.
Our instructor, Monica Fauble, is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Yoga Instructor. Monica has more than a decade of yoga experience to share. Yoga helped her connect with her body and calm her anxiety. She loves sharing this practice with others.
