The planets in our solar system create patterns in the sky known in astrology as aspects. These aspects interact uniquely with each of us. Sometimes the astrological energy and correlations are obvious, as it has been in the past few years. Other times the connection is more subtle and personal. Most times it is a combination of the two.
Yin yoga is a slow yoga practice that nourishes our connective tissue and harmonizes energy along lines of the body known as meridians. These energetic lines create patterns within our physical, mental, and emotional selves much like the planets create astrological aspects.
This workshop guides participants in yin yoga postures and mindfulness tailored for the current astrology. We will uncover the upcoming astrological transits for the collective and what mindful practices will support us best going forward this season.
The practice is gentle and open to beginners or seasoned yogis. This workshop is open to the astrological curious or those who check their charts regularly.
Participants will also be given 12% off a full natal chart astrology reading or updated reading if you’ve already received a full natal chart reading with Megan.
