Sunday is a day for rest, recovery, and reflection. We will do just that in this low-high intensity class. This class is a perfect balance for inner and outer work, as we combine yin with yang asana accompanied by a savasana led by singing bowl. This workshop will help you build more flexibility and mobility, and is combined with breath work for deep inner exploration. We will start off slow and work our way into gradually building heat.
