Surrender to the unknown: A yoga movement and mindfulness offering. We will explore the interconnection between nature and human lives through the process of rooting/grounding into the present moment, sprouting as we begin to walk our path, and thriving as we accept what we can control and release what no longer serves us. This is a beginner friendly, all levels class, offering space for intention setting and meditation.
