This can feel exciting but can also be overwhelming.
Come learn how to work with the energetic swelling that springtime brings, according to the wisdom of Acupuncture’s Five Element Theory and Chinese Medicine. This class features a guided meditation, a discussion about the energetic qualities and gifts of spring, and a 75-90 minute yoga practice to help you attune to the energy of springtime.
By being in sync with natural rhythms, we learn how to work with the challenges and opportunities of each season without struggling against them.
