Join Monica Fauble, Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Yoga Teacher, for a gentle yoga workshop with journaling practices to help you start 2024 with clear and purposeful intent. Monica will guide you through supportive yoga postures to help you release 2023 and open up to 2024. She will then provide guided journaling practices to help you get clear on what goals you might have for this brand new year.
Approximately half of this workshop will be gentle movement and restorative yoga poses to help you down-regulate and soothe your nervous system. We will then move together through a series of guided journaling prompts to help you explore how you want to enter 2024.
Bring a favorite journal, sketchbook, or notebook if you have one. And wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Happy New Year!
