Bring your body, mind, & spirit and prepare to indulge in a slow-moving, cooling and calming, as well as challenging, practice. This practice will be centered around the moon and all it has to offer us. We will set personal intentions for ourselves, based on the energy of the moon, and we will devote our practice to those intentions. This practice includes an extended shavasana with a guided meditation on the new moon, followed by chanting of the moons mantra to seal in our intentions and deepen our practice.
