Bring your body, mind, & spirit and prepare to indulge in a slow-moving, cooling & calming, as well as challenging practice. This practice will be centered around the moon and all it has to offer us. We will set personal intentions for ourselves, (based on the energy of the moon) & we will devote our practice to those intentions. This practice includes an extended shavasana with a guided meditation on the new moon, followed by chanting of the moons mantra to seal in our intentions and deepen our practice.
