Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga, a mind, body, & spirit system of natural health from India. Please join me for a two-part workshop introducing the basic theories and principles of Ayurveda. Learn how your being is connected to everything in nature, and how that knowledge can be used to inform your lifestyle & dietary choices in an effort to maintain balance, health, & well-being.

- Ayurvedic Tips & Practices for Optimal Health
Kathy Revelle is a 500-hr Certified Ayurvedic Consultant, as well as a 500-hr Certified Yoga Instructor. She views Ayurveda, an ancient science, as a modern revolution in Self-Care.
* You are welcome to attend one part of this workshop without the other, although it’s highly recommended to attend both for maximum understanding.
