We often hear the word grounding but what does it actually mean to be grounded? In this workshop we will explore meditation, breathwork and restorative yoga practices that help us understand and cultivate a feeling of being grounded. Reset your nervous system and access your own internal clarity and stability.
Bring a journal to write down insights, bring your own mat and blankets, bolsters and blocks will be provided.
Dear Studio 34 community, join me for a farewell workshop, as I will be moving to California in September. It feels bittersweet to say goodbye and there’s a good chance I will be tearing up through class. This community has meant so much to me and I appreciate you all dearly. I would love to see you one more time before I leave and share in the magic that is a relaxing group yoga class! ~Naima
