Please join Kathy for a workshop catered to finding binds in yoga asanas (poses). Come get twisted up in gentle and intermediate shapes.
We will begin with a slow flow to warm the body, and then proceed to bind & unwinded, with pauses to observe the energies.
Both flexibility in the physical body & in the mind are necessary to bind, although straps will be used, if needed, to make a full connection. The asana practice will end with a deep shavasana for a full unraveling.
★ This practice leans towards intermediates, although beginners are welcome.
