In this Ayurvedic workshop you’ll:
• Learn signs of strong and weak digestion as well as symptoms of toxin buildup.
• Learn lifestyle and dietary changes you can make to strengthen digestion and reduce toxins.
• Practice accessible yogic breathing exercises and guided relaxation to support balance.
The workshop is two hours in length and is open to all, from beginners to those who want a refresher. Participants will receive a PDF workbook.
