In this workshop series we will learn basic functional anatomy and apply that knowledge to our own bodies, through self massage, assisted stretching and yoga postures. Participants will leave with resources and instructions to incorporate this knowledge into their at-home practices. This workshop is ideal for those seeking to deepen their yoga practice, address pain or injuries, or simply learn more about their body. Knowledge is power, alignment brings ease.

Lower Leg (feet, calves, knees) 4/10
Upper Legs (knees, thighs, hips) 4/17
Spine (back, core, neck) 4/24
Upper Body (hands, arms shoulders) 5/1
