Please note that we are presently limited to hosting events that meet the following criteria only:

• Events of 50 persons or less
• Events without live amplified music or DJ’s
• Noise must be kept to a minimum, as this is a residential neighborhood
• No alcohol

We do not rent our space for workshops, trainings or classes. We appreciate your understanding.  

Want to book one of our studios for a rehearsal?

Great! We can rent Studio A or B at $12/hr, and the Conference Room at $10/hr. We cannot rent the studios for rehearsals on weekend evenings.

Want to book a fundraiser or private event?

Great! Our rates are $225/event or $150/event for 501(c)3 nonprofits.

When can I schedule my event?

Event rentals are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings only.

What’s included in my rental?

Lounge: ~1200 sq. ft.

• hardwood floors
• large windows with natural light
• stage with dimmer lights, basic sound system
• 2 couches/3 lounge chairs
• multiple floor cushions
• conference room is included if it is not scheduled for another event

Studio A: ~1700 sq. ft.

• large doors that can open up to lounge area (adjoining room)
• hardwood floors – fragile (no high heels; dancing requires soft-soled shoes)
• stereo with ipod adaptor
• large windows with natural light
• track lighting and overhead lighting

Studio B: ~700 sq. ft.

• hardwood floors – fragile (no high heels; dancing requires soft-soled shoes)
• stereo with ipod adaptor
• large windows with natural light
• track lighting and overhead lighting – both on dimmer switches

Conference Room: ~200 sq. ft.

• hardwood floors
• window with natural light
• seats up to 8 comfortably
• semi-private area – adjoining door to lounge

Other facility Information:

• 2 bathrooms (1 with shower)
• water filtration system
• 3 folding tables (4ft x 6ft) and 50 folding chairs available (no charge)
• Projector is available for rental (additional $50)
• The studio is not wheelchair accessible.
